Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption

Turn Copilot licences into everyday working practice.

Adoptis helps UK organisations move from early experimentation and uneven usage to confident, responsible and measurable Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption. We work on the people, leadership and operating conditions around the technology, alongside your internal IT team or Microsoft partner.

The problem

When Copilot has been deployed but adoption has stalled.

Assigning licences is a technical milestone. It does not mean people understand where Copilot is useful, trust what it does with their information or feel confident changing established ways of working.

More feature training rarely solves the problem on its own. Adoption improves when people have relevant use cases, clear permission, visible leadership, practical support and a reason to keep using the technology after the initial launch.

When we can help

This may be relevant if:

  • Copilot licences have been assigned but regular usage is low.
  • An initial pilot needs to be expanded across more teams or roles.
  • Employees are unclear about acceptable and responsible use.
  • Generic training has produced awareness but limited behaviour change.
  • Leadership needs evidence of adoption, productivity or service value.
  • Internal IT teams need support with communications, engagement and workforce change.

Clarity

Working alongside your technical teams.

Adoptis does not replace your internal IT team, Microsoft partner or technical implementation provider.

Technical teams configure, secure and deploy the technology. Adoptis focuses on the organisational conditions that determine whether people use it purposefully and whether the investment produces value.

Where technical work is required, we collaborate with the appropriate specialists and keep responsibilities clear.

What comes next

From Copilot adoption to wider value.

Where the organisation needs to identify and prove a broader set of AI opportunities, the 90-Day AI Value Programme provides a focused route from priorities to evidence.

After a successful pilot or programme, AI Adoption & Scale can extend adoption, engagement, learning, benefits realisation and internal capability across more services and teams.

For lighter ongoing support after initial delivery, see the AI Adoption Partner service.

Our method

Six stages, applied flexibly.

Our six-stage approach covers understanding the organisation, prioritising relevant use cases, engaging leaders and employees, building capability, embedding new working practices and measuring outcomes. The stages are applied flexibly according to your starting position and internal capacity.

Common questions

Copilot adoption, answered plainly.

Can Adoptis help if we have already bought Copilot licences?

Yes. Adoptis can support organisations where Copilot has already been deployed but adoption is uneven, as well as organisations preparing an initial pilot or wider rollout. The work is adapted to your current position rather than requiring you to restart.

Does Adoptis provide Microsoft Copilot training?

Yes, where training forms part of a wider adoption programme. Learning is built around the real work of particular teams and roles rather than generic demonstrations of features. Adoptis does not position one-off tool training as a complete adoption strategy.

Does Adoptis implement or configure Microsoft Copilot?

No. Adoptis focuses on adoption, organisational change, capability and value. Technical configuration, licensing, security and integration remain with your internal IT team or Microsoft partner. Adoptis works alongside them.

How is Copilot adoption measured?

Measurement can combine usage data, confidence baselines, use-case adoption and a small number of productivity or service outcomes agreed at the beginning. This gives leadership a more useful view than licence activation alone.

Can Adoptis work with our Microsoft partner?

Yes. Adoptis complements internal IT teams and Microsoft partners. Technical configuration, licensing, security and integration remain with the appropriate technical specialists, while Adoptis focuses on opportunity selection, workforce adoption, capability and measurable value.
