Engagement model

Practical support, sized to the work.

Adoptis is deliberately small. You work directly with an experienced practitioner, not a large team of junior consultants. That keeps the work focused, responsive and cost-effective.

We typically start with a defined phase, such as an adoption assessment or pilot programme, then move into flexible ongoing support as your needs evolve.

We can operate independently, alongside your internal teams, or alongside your technology and implementation partners.

Investment

Bespoke engagements, transparently scoped.

Every adoption programme is different, so we scope each engagement around your priorities, scale and appetite for change.

We agree a clear statement of work and fixed price for the initial phase, with options for ongoing support once the shape of the work becomes clear.

This means you know what you are paying for, you are not locked into a long commitment before value is demonstrated, and you only pay for senior expertise and outcomes rather than consultancy overhead.
