Ongoing adoption

You’ve invested in AI. Who is making sure people actually adopt it?

A lighter ongoing layer after initial delivery, providing structured senior support for adoption, prioritisation and value review. Scope and monthly capacity are agreed before commencement. This is not unlimited consultancy capacity.

The problem

Adoption often has no clear owner.

Most organisations that have deployed Microsoft 365 Copilot or wider AI tools already have the pieces in place: an IT team, a Microsoft partner, a Copilot lead, some Champions, some training and executive sponsorship. What is often missing is someone whose job it is to keep asking whether any of it is actually working.

Are people using Copilot meaningfully? Where is adoption progressing and where is it stalling? Which departments need attention? Are the licences earning their cost? Which new Microsoft capabilities are worth paying attention to, and which are noise? Without someone tracking these questions month to month, momentum fades and the investment case gets harder to make.

Who this is for

Is AI Adoption Partner right for you?

  • You have invested in Microsoft 365 Copilot or wider AI tools and want to know if it is working.
  • You have an internal IT team or Copilot lead but no dedicated adoption capacity.
  • Usage has plateaued after an initial rollout or pilot.
  • Leadership wants ongoing evidence that AI investment is producing value.
  • You need external challenge and experience without adding a permanent senior role.

This works best where initial delivery is already underway and internal leads need sustained senior support without creating another permanent role.

Where to start

If you are not ready for this yet.

If you have not yet agreed where AI is worth the effort, start with the AI Leadership Working Session.

If Copilot has been deployed but adoption has stalled, Microsoft Copilot Adoption is the right starting point.

What Adoptis does

A rolling 90-day plan, reviewed every month.

Every month, Adoptis

  • Reviews the adoption and usage data available, and identifies where adoption is progressing and where it is stalling
  • Agrees the three priorities that matter most for the coming month
  • Recommends or builds targeted adoption activity around real use cases
  • Works with your Champions network and supports your internal Copilot or AI lead
  • Filters new Copilot and AI developments down to what is worth attention, and brings relevant examples from elsewhere
  • Checks whether licences are being used meaningfully

Every quarter, Adoptis adds

  • An adoption maturity review
  • A value and impact review
  • A senior sponsor or leadership review
  • A refreshed 90-day roadmap

The plan runs on a rolling 90-day basis rather than a fixed annual programme, so priorities stay current rather than following a plan written a year ago.

Clarity

The technology stays owned internally. We help make sure it gets used.

AI Adoption Partner does not replace your IT team, your Copilot or AI lead, your Champions or your Microsoft partner. It works alongside them.

IT teams and Microsoft partners manage the technology: security, configuration, licensing and support. Adoptis focuses on whether people are actually using it, where it is creating value, and what needs to change to improve that. The organisation keeps ownership of the programme throughout.

Internal capability

We are not trying to make you dependent on us.

The service is built to strengthen your internal capability, not replace the need for it. Over time, your Copilot lead, Champions and managers should get better at running adoption themselves. Some organisations need this intensively for six to twelve months and then step down to lighter, quarterly support. Others keep it running because they value having independent, external challenge. Either outcome is a good one.

Practical detail

Cost and commitment.

Cost

From £3,500 plus VAT per month. Scope and monthly capacity are agreed before commencement.

Initial commitment

Six months, reviewed from there.

Cadence

A monthly review and priorities reset, plus a deeper quarterly review covering adoption maturity, value and impact, and a refreshed 90-day roadmap.

Delivered by

A named senior Adoptis practitioner, working alongside your internal team.

What sits outside this service

Large-scale workshops, departmental programmes, substantial prototype work, extensive training and wider adoption campaigns. These are scoped and priced separately.

For context, this is a fraction of the cost of a full-time senior adoption or change role, without the recruitment time or the commitment of permanent headcount.

Common questions

Ongoing adoption support, answered plainly.

Why can't our IT team do this?

It is not about capability. Your IT team's primary responsibilities are technology, security, licensing, support and implementation, and that is already a full workload. Adoption is a different, ongoing job: engagement, use-case development, measurement and sustained leadership attention. Where an organisation already has that capacity and experience in-house, Adoptis may not be needed.

We already have a Copilot lead.

Good. This service is built to make that person more effective, not replace them. Adoptis provides external structure, challenge, adoption expertise and extra capacity around them.

We already have a Microsoft partner.

That is not a conflict. Microsoft partners and MSPs typically manage the technical environment: configuration, licensing, security and support. Adoptis focuses on workforce adoption and behaviour change. The two work alongside each other.

Why wouldn't we employ someone internally?

Some organisations should, and do. For others, adding another permanent senior role is not yet justified by the size of the AI programme. Adoptis gives you access to experienced adoption capability without immediately adding headcount.

How long do we need Adoptis?

There is no fixed answer, and no intention to keep you tied in longer than you need. The initial commitment is six months. Some organisations continue at that level, some step down to lighter quarterly support once internal capability has grown, and some stop altogether. The service is built to build your capability, not your dependency on us.

Does Adoptis need access to sensitive organisational data?

No. The service normally works from adoption metrics, usage reporting and other aggregated information that your organisation already holds or can make available. Adoptis does not require access to confidential or sensitive data to do this work.

Let’s talk about what this would look like for you.

Twenty minutes on a call. Tell us where your AI or Copilot adoption has reached and what is missing. We will tell you honestly whether an AI Adoption Partner arrangement would help, and say so if it would not.
