Flagship engagement
The 90-Day AI Value Programme.
Find the opportunities worth pursuing. Prove them with real teams. Build evidence for what should scale.
A focused three-month engagement that moves from organisational priorities to evidence. It is not an organisation-wide AI rollout.
Book a 20 minute callWhy this programme
Move from possibilities to evidence.
Complex organisations do not need another broad demonstration of what AI might do. They need to identify the problems worth solving, test proposed uses in the reality of their services and understand whether the result justifies further investment.
The programme creates enough focus to make progress while protecting the organisation from scaling an idea before it has been proved.
The programme
Four connected phases over 90 days.
- 01
Align and prioritise
Understand leadership priorities, current AI activity, organisational constraints and service problems. Identify the opportunities with enough potential value to justify testing.
- 02
Prove and test
Work with selected teams on a small number of priority opportunities. Develop and test practical use cases and, where appropriate, working prototypes or Copilot Agents.
- 03
Embed and evidence
Support adoption around what has been developed, gather feedback, measure early benefits, identify barriers and build the internal capability required to continue.
- 04
Decide what scales
Give senior leaders a clear view of what worked, what did not, what should scale, what should stop and what capability is needed next.
Possible outputs
Useful evidence, not a fixed bundle.
Outputs are agreed around the scope. The programme does not promise a fixed number of prototypes, Agents or service areas.
- Prioritised AI opportunity portfolio
- Selected service-level use cases
- Working prototypes or Agents where appropriate
- User testing and practical adoption activity
- Agreed measures and early benefit evidence
- Internal capability and ownership
- Scale recommendations and a next-phase plan
Investment
Indicative investment: £45,000–£75,000 plus VAT.
The final fixed price depends on the number of priority areas, delivery intensity, prototype or build activity, workforce engagement required and the organisation’s existing internal capability.
Delivery is agreed against a clear scope and outcomes. No public day rate is used for this programme.
The work is led by a named senior Adoptis practitioner. Where additional specialist capacity is needed, named associates are introduced openly.
Common questions
The programme, answered plainly.
Is this an organisation-wide AI rollout?
How many prototypes or Copilot Agents are included?
What does the programme cost?
Can Adoptis work with our IT team or Microsoft partner?
What happens after 90 days?
Other starting points
Not every organisation needs the same first step.
If priorities are not yet agreed, the AI Leadership Working Session is a lower-risk place to start.
If Microsoft Copilot has already been deployed, see our Microsoft Copilot Adoption work.
