Principal
Andy Labrum, founder and principal consultant
Adoptis is led by Andy Labrum, a principal consultant with over ten years' experience leading change, communications, engagement and adoption on major Microsoft 365, Copilot and Oracle programmes across the public and private sectors.
Relevant delivery includes Microsoft Copilot deployment, engagement and adoption at scale across local government, national Microsoft 365 rollouts to circa 40,000 users, Oracle Fusion ERP change programmes for local government, and Platform Lead for Modern Workplace Technology for ASOS.
Andy is a Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management and Innovation, and holds current SC and NPPV3 clearance.
