Andy Labrum
Andy brings more than 40 years of experience across public service, leadership, technology and organisational change. After a 30-year career in policing, he moved into major technology and adoption programmes, leading change, communications, engagement and adoption across complex public and private sector organisations.
His current work includes Microsoft Copilot, digital skills and adoption with Swansea Council. Previous experience includes Oracle Fusion ERP adoption in local government, serving as Platform Lead for Modern Workplace Technology at ASOS, and leading change and adoption for a national Microsoft 365, Teams and Windows 10 programme reaching approximately 40,000 Network Rail users while working with Capita.
His work focuses on the part of technology programmes that determines whether value is actually realised: how leaders engage, how people change the way they work, how practical use cases are developed and how new capability becomes embedded across an organisation.
Andy is a Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management and Innovation, and holds current SC and NPPV3 clearance.

Michael Pattinson
Michael Pattinson spent his earlier career in two organisations that take complexity seriously: PwC, where he was a consulting director, and Network Rail, where he was a director leading delivery at national scale. Both reinforced the same lesson: most change fails not because of the technology, but because of how the organisation is wired.
He now works as an AI consultant across transport, education and the public sector, focusing on how organisations turn the potential of AI into practical changes in how they operate.
Michael is also a director of Protospace CIC, the innovation convenor connecting organisations across Milton Keynes and the East West Corridor, including Red Bull Advanced Technologies, HMGCC and The Open University.
His approach is practical: he builds and tests working prototypes rather than stopping at strategy and slide decks. He also writes at Neuromantics.

Where an engagement needs additional specialist capacity, we bring in experienced named associates around the requirement rather than building a large permanent delivery team.
For substantial technical implementation or integration, Adoptis works alongside the client’s internal teams, Microsoft partner or an appropriate specialist. Responsibilities stay clear.
