Book a 20 minute callThe problem
The conversation that keeps not happening.
Most leadership teams have discussed AI several times without reaching a decision. The conversation goes wide, everyone has a view, nothing gets tested, and it ends with an action to look into it further. Three months later nothing has changed except that more people are quietly using tools nobody has approved.
This session is built to end that loop. It is structured, it uses your organisation as the material, and it finishes with decisions rather than observations.
How it works
Structured work, start to finish.
- 01
Before the session
We speak to three or four of your leaders for twenty minutes each to understand how the organisation actually operates, where the friction is, what has already been tried and what people are worried about. This is what stops the session being generic.
- 02
Setting the baseline
A direct assessment of what these tools genuinely do well today, where they fail, and what that means at your scale. No demonstrations of party tricks. No predictions about the next decade.
- 03
The working part
The bulk of the session. We work through your operation function by function, identify where AI could realistically create value, test each opportunity against effort, risk and readiness, and narrow it to a shortlist your team agrees on. We spend real time on what to leave alone.
- 04
Decisions and ownership
Governance and acceptable use, what you tell your workforce and when, what changes for specific roles, who owns what, and what happens in the first 90 days.
Outcomes
What you leave with.
- An agreed shortlist of the highest value opportunities, ranked by value and effort
- A clear statement of what is not worth pursuing yet, and why
- A written 90 day plan with named owners and realistic milestones, delivered within five working days
- A draft position on acceptable use for your people, ready to develop into policy
- A leadership team working from the same baseline, so the next conversation starts further forward

Clarity
What this is not.
It is not a training course. It is not a demonstration of AI tools. It is not a sales meeting for software you will be asked to buy afterwards, because Adoptis does not resell software and takes no commission from any vendor. It is not a strategy document that sits in a folder.
It is structured work with the people who make the decisions, ending in decisions.
Afterwards
What can follow.
The session gives your leadership team an agreed direction and a practical 90-day plan. You can deliver that plan internally or commission Adoptis to help with the next stage.
That support might include detailed work on priority opportunities, an initial 90-day delivery phase, wider workforce adoption, a Microsoft Copilot adoption programme, or an ongoing AI Adoption Partner arrangement once initial delivery is underway. The same person who led the session remains accountable for the work.
Where technical build, integration or licensing support is required, Adoptis works openly with appropriate specialists rather than presenting itself as an engineering firm. Any follow-on work is scoped and priced separately once the priorities are clear.
Let’s talk about what this would look like for you.
Twenty minutes on a call. You describe where the organisation is and what has prompted the question. We will tell you honestly whether a working session would help, and say so if it would not.
